Manages operational planning, reporting, and cross-functional execution for Roblox’s international country teams.
What you'll do
- Own operating rhythms and reporting, including quarterly business reviews, scorecards, and planning cycles.
- Coordinate prioritization, project plans, resources, and dependencies across teams to keep market initiatives on schedule.
- Track performance and risks, improve operational processes and playbooks, and act as a liaison between country teams and HQ.
