Serves as the compensation partner for G&A, Design, and Data Science, developing and administering compensation programs and advising leaders on pay decisions.
What you'll do
- Develop compensation strategies and advise on offers, promotions, transfers, performance calibration, and compensation decisions.
- Analyze compensation data and trends, conduct U.S. and international benchmarking, and provide leaders with insights.
- Implement compensation programs and tools; review job architecture and leveling approaches.
