What you'll do
- Lead, grow, and develop the software engineering team responsible for in-game text chat.
- Set the technical vision and roadmap, and drive the architecture of messaging systems serving billions of messages daily.
- Partner across product, design, Trust & Safety, Policy, and ML to ship safe communication features and maintain operational excellence.
