Leads Roblox’s global payments compliance programs for KYC, AML, and sanctions, including policies, controls, risk assessments, and cross-functional implementation.
What you'll do
- Design and improve KYC, AML, and sanctions programs, policies, procedures, and controls.
- Oversee risk assessments, complex escalations, SAR decisions, regulatory inquiries, and third-party payment partner due diligence.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to embed compliance controls and lead program operations.
What they ask for
- 8+ years of financial crime compliance experience, with expertise in KYC, AML, and/or sanctions programs.
- Direct experience building or operationalizing KYC/CDD programs, including vendor selection, workflow design, and quality assurance.
- Strong working knowledge of BSA/AML requirements, OFAC frameworks, and relevant international equivalents.
- Experience filing SARs and interacting with FinCEN, OFAC, or other financial regulatory authorities.
Nice to have
- Experience at a global fintech, payments company, financial institution, or in-app economy company.
- Relevant certification (e.g., CAMS, CGSS).
Pay
$246,040 — $295,800 USD (base salary; annual salary range)
