About the job
Own the strategy, productization, and rollout of Roblox’s video-generation model, enabling creators to control and use real-time generated visuals at platform scale.
What you'll do
- Lead the model from research and creator early access to a scaled platform launch, defining creator controls and product strategy.
- Set model evaluation and research priorities, balancing quality, latency, and inference cost with research and infrastructure teams.
- Partner across engine, rendering, creator, safety, and economy teams to make generated visuals safe and useful in gameplay.
