What you'll do
- Partner with executive recruiters, recruiting teams, business and HR leaders to identify executive talent and manage searches from kickoff through hire.
- Research competitor landscapes and develop sourcing strategies across multiple disciplines while managing high volumes of data.
- Present research and talent-market insights to leaders and advise on talent trends and hiring direction.
