What you'll do
- Manage workplace hospitality, reception, service requests, amenities, communications, and vendor performance.
- Plan and deliver employee events, programs, meeting support, and workplace services in partnership with internal teams.
- Supervise and coach workplace services staff, track service performance and budgets, and maintain service standards.
