Own and grow the expert contributor network that supplies, annotates, verifies, and evaluates training data for Roboflow Labs.
What you'll do
- Manage the contributor funnel from awareness and recruitment through onboarding, retention, and reactivation; build acquisition channels and referral partnerships.
- Recruit expert cohorts to meet delivery deadlines and set contributor compensation and incentives using competitive benchmarks.
- Scale network quality and trust through screening, fraud prevention, identity verification, and contributor experience.
