Lead and scale Roboflow’s Implementation Engineering and Forward Deployed Engineering organization, working hands-on with customers to move complex computer vision applications from concept to production.
What you'll do
- Build the Delivery organization’s teams, operating model, processes, and repeatable deployment playbooks.
- Work directly with customers and engineers on complex implementations, deployment challenges, and executive conversations.
- Measure and improve customer outcomes and time-to-value, while coordinating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and other GTM teams.
