Supports Rocket Lab’s Manufacturing Team in manufacturing Neutron rocket stages at its Middle River, Maryland site.

- Apply engineering concepts to solve manufacturing challenges alongside the team.
- Work with a mentor and department employees, share progress updates, and develop technical and professional skills.
- Collaborate across teams and lead development projects.
What they ask for
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in engineering, physics, or math, with at least one semester remaining after the internship.
- GPA of 3.0 or above.
- At least 3 months of applied engineering experience; internship, laboratory, and personal or team project experience counts.
- Able to work full-time on-site for at least 12 consecutive weeks beginning January, February, or March 2027.
Nice to have
- GPA of 3.5 or above and 6+ months of applied engineering experience.
- Fabrication, CAD/CAM, 3D printing, robotics, industrial process, or composites experience.
