Supports Rocket Lab’s Security Team with security education, intelligence and risk assessments, network infrastructure research, physical security, and related work to protect personnel, assets, and intellectual property.
What you'll do
- Support security education, intelligence and risk assessments, network infrastructure research, and physical security.
- Work with security department employees and mentors on projects, applying industry concepts and providing progress updates.
- Collaborate across teams and develop projects with limited supervision.

- Enrolled in an associate, bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate program in criminal justice, national security, emergency management, or a similar field, with at least one semester remaining after the internship.
- GPA of 3.0.
- At least 3 months of general work experience; internships or personal/team project experience counts.
- Able to work full-time on-site for at least 12 consecutive weeks beginning May or June 2027.
Nice to have
- GPA of 3.5 or above.
- Military experience (active duty, reserves, or ROTC) or aerospace/tech industry experience.
Pay
