Supports Rocket Lab’s Optical Systems Supply Chain team in coordinating cross-functional work and improving practices that help deliver products on time.
What you'll do
- Work with a mentor and department employees to apply engineering and industry concepts to real challenges.
- Collaborate with production, program, and quality teams to support product builds.
- Attend mentor and supervisor check-ins, provide progress updates, and participate in learning and networking events.

- GPA of 3.0 or above.
- At least 3 months of corporate-function experience in supply chain.
- Available to work full-time on-site for at least 12 consecutive weeks beginning January, February, or March 2027.
Nice to have
- GPA of 3.5 or above.
- At least 6 months of corporate-function experience in supply chain; Excel proficiency, inventory-practices knowledge, and strong communication skills are also nice-to-haves.
