Software Engineer (Mid to Senior)

What you'll do

• Aggregate and normalize travel inventory from multiple providers, and improve search speed and reliability.
• Build the AI concierge end to end, including agent tools, prompts, backend APIs, web, and iMessage experiences.
• Build browser agents and maintain quality and performance through evaluations, tracing, monitoring, and failure fixes.

What they ask for

• 3+ years of TypeScript experience, with deep backend expertise and production systems experience.
• Experience integrating and scaling third-party APIs, including handling latency, rate limits, and inconsistent data.
• Experience building LLM features or agents used by real users, including tool calling, structured output, prompt and context design, and evaluations.
• Ability to design for failure modes such as retries, timeouts, idempotency, and model errors.

Nice to have

• Travel technology, search infrastructure, browser automation, or durable workflows.
• Experience with Stripe and payments, loyalty or messaging APIs, AWS, Terraform, or Cloudflare.

$150K - $300K (base salary)
