What you'll do
- Build customer-specific integrations, data pipelines, and workflows; troubleshoot retrieval quality, LLM performance, and data ingestion in production.
- Partner with AI Deployment Managers to drive adoption and identify new use cases.
- Surface customer needs and platform gaps, implement fixes, and scale successful integrations and playbooks across engagements.
