Build and operate the infrastructure and internal platform behind Rox’s AI-agent runtime, focusing on reliability, scale, observability, and developer productivity.
What you'll do
- Design and build infrastructure for Rox agents, including systems for real-time context ingestion, retrieval, and long-running workflows.
- Improve distributed-system reliability, scalability, observability, and operational practices; build cloud infrastructure, deployment systems, and platform tooling.
- Enable product and forward deployed engineers to ship rapidly through automation, self-service infrastructure, and production support.
