Develop and ship applied AI research for Rox’s revenue agents, turning research into production systems that improve model efficiency, signal detection, personalization, and agent sequencing.
What you'll do
- Design and run research programs addressing the team’s applied AI problems.
- Build evaluation frameworks that assess agent trajectory quality.
- Translate research findings into production infrastructure and help shape the research agenda.
