Provides hands-on IT support for Rox’s San Francisco office while managing identity and endpoint systems, automating recurring work, and supporting security and compliance as the company grows.
What you'll do
- Own the IT support queue and employee identity and application lifecycle; administer the enterprise identity stack.
- Manage endpoint operations and compliance enforcement, and automate recurring IT work and workflows.
- Support SOC 2 and ISO 27001 efforts and improve IT operations and tooling.
What they ask for
- Hands-on administration of Okta or a comparable Secure ID/SSO platform, with working knowledge of SSO, SAML, OIDC, and SCIM.
- Experience with SaaS/collaboration tools and Mac endpoint management; scripting ability in Python and Bash with shipped automation.
- Systems and network knowledge across *nix, macOS, and Windows, plus strong troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco 5 days a week; clear communication and comfort owning problems end to end.
