Serves as the technical bridge between engineering, product, and field teams, shaping cloud product requirements and validating architectures and customer implementations.

- Translate cloud requirements into product requirements and PRDs, and advise on product design.
- Validate cloud architectures, workflows, and new features against enterprise performance and security needs.
- Prepare field teams and advise customers and partners on cloud implementations and integrations.
