Employee Relations Partner & HR for HR

What you'll do

• Lead workplace investigations from intake through findings, recommendations, and reporting; coordinate with Legal and external investigators as needed.
• Advise Business Partners, People leaders, and managers on ER matters, accommodations, performance, and separation decisions; provide manager training and guidance.
• Track cases and trends, use AI-assisted analysis to inform recommendations, and help improve ER policies, processes, and tools.

• Bachelor’s degree and direct experience conducting workplace investigations, including harassment, discrimination, and retaliation allegations.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload from intake through final report, applying investigation best practices and maintaining confidentiality.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and statutes.
• Strong judgment, communication, organization, and ability to handle sensitive matters and build credibility with leaders.

Nice to have

• Experience with international ER matters and internal or external counsel.
• Experience with case-management or intake and triage tooling, ER trend reporting, or technology/high-growth environments.

Pay

$148,400 — $222,600 USD (base salary); $133,600 — $200,400 USD (base salary)
