Leads Rubrik’s HR systems strategy and team, managing Workday and other HR application roadmaps and delivering HR technology projects in partnership with IT and People teams.
What you'll do
- Manage and develop a team of four, including staffing, cross-training, and utilization reporting.
- Own the HR technology business roadmap and partner with IT on prioritization, reporting, and system strategy.
- Lead HR systems projects, including requirements, testing, readiness, training, communications, and rollout.
