What you'll do
- Design global process frameworks and documentation for Employee Relations, Performance Management, Separations, and HR case routing.
- Standardize workflows, maintain a global process inventory, and lead policy cleanup and change governance.
- Set HR knowledge standards and partner on AI capabilities such as summarization, retrieval, routing, and drafting.
