Maintain and improve the reliability, availability, performance, and security of Rubrik’s databases and Polaris Cloud Platform.
What you'll do
- Design, operate, upgrade, and troubleshoot relational databases and backend systems, minimizing customer downtime.
- Improve platform reliability and efficiency through monitoring, automation, capacity planning, and operational practices.
- Support FedRAMP certification, security obligations, cross-team collaboration, and follow-the-sun on-call coverage.

- 2+ years designing and managing relational databases focused on performance, scalability, reliability, high availability, and disaster recovery.
- Experience operating the database layer of a large-scale SaaS product and designing database architecture for enterprise customers with high SLO/SLA requirements.
