Leads Rundoo’s Implementation team, owning customer go-live outcomes, team performance, operating processes, resource planning, and ARR forecasting.
What you'll do
- Lead and coach the Implementation team to meet ARR and go-live goals; manage performance and operating cadence.
- Design client-centered implementation and escalation processes, allocate team resources, and improve ARR forecasting.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience to improve handoffs, remove blockers, and shorten time to live.
