About the job
Build and lead Runlayer’s Forward Deployed Engineering function, scaling the team and defining how enterprise customers integrate, deploy, and expand use of the platform.
What you'll do
- Recruit, onboard, and lead Forward Deployed Engineers, then build a multi-region leadership structure.
- Create onboarding, operational standards, and a technical playbook to take enterprise customers from initial interest through large-scale deployment.
- Partner with Go-to-Market, Product, and Engineering leadership on team design, territories, compensation structure, and customer health.
