Manage Runway’s litigation and dispute-resolution matters, advise stakeholders on legal risk, and help scale the litigation function.
What you'll do
- Manage litigation, third-party process, disputes, regulatory requests, and discovery; develop case strategy and oversee outside counsel.
- Advise business stakeholders on litigation risk and provide litigation guidance to cross-functional teams, including on small disputes.
- Build repeatable litigation processes and advise AI safety, product, and engineering teams on relevant regulatory and policy developments.
