About the job
Creates and demonstrates creative workflows for Runway’s AI tools, supporting Japanese enterprise customers before and after sales and relaying customer feedback to internal teams.
What you'll do
- Develop workflows and custom pipelines that extend Runway’s models; create media content, presets, and featured workflows.
- Create content and lead product demonstrations, training, and guidance for enterprise prospects and customers.
- Support customers throughout pre- and post-sales, explain use cases, and communicate feedback to internal teams.
