About the job
Own customer problems that prevent Runway’s AI products from reaching production, building and scaling workflows, integrations, and deployments for major organizations.
What you'll do
- Identify customer production blockers, build tailored proofs of concept, and turn successful solutions into reusable product workflows, plugins, or integrations.
- Lead evaluations, managed trials, technical deal cycles, and scoped deployments; help customers reach production and expand product usage.
- Translate customer needs into product roadmap input and measure customer outcomes such as time to production and usage.
