Own and improve Runway’s day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle, and people programs as the company scales.
What you'll do
- Manage onboarding through offboarding, HRIS administration and data integrity, and employee immigration processes.
- Oversee leave and accommodations, compliance, and employee and manager guidance on benefits, policies, and HR processes.
- Run performance reviews, open enrollment, engagement surveys, and compensation cycles; identify and implement operational improvements.
