About the job
Leads configuration and data management across defense programs, ensuring configuration integrity, documentation control, and compliance throughout the system lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Lead CM/DM processes, plans, configuration control boards, baselines, change management, and audits across programs.
- Manage ECP activities, status accounting, reporting, and support for acquisition planning, reviews, and audits.
- Advise stakeholders, improve processes, prepare executive briefings and metrics, and mentor CM/DM personnel.
What they ask for
- At least 12 years of experience in software, hardware, document configuration management, data management, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience managing configuration control of technical data, documentation, and acquisition products.
- Experience leading ECP and configuration control processes; strong knowledge of Government CM/DM and documentation requirements.
- Experience supporting large-scale defense, acquisition, or weapons systems programs; active Top Secret clearance required.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Pay
$100k-150k annually (depending upon experience) (base salary)
