Leads Saalex’s federal proposal operations, directing proposal teams and the full lifecycle of competitive Department of Defense and government submissions.
What you'll do
- Oversee proposal planning, development, reviews, production, submission, debriefs, and lessons learned across concurrent pursuits.
- Set proposal strategies and enterprise processes, and ensure submissions meet solicitation and federal acquisition requirements.
- Lead and develop proposal personnel, manage proposal tools and content resources, and track performance through metrics and analytics.
