About the job
Installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and integrates IT, network, and hardware systems at field locations supporting the Navy.
What you'll do
- Install, configure, maintain, and repair IT hardware, network equipment, and peripheral systems at field sites.
- Support system integration, upgrades, deployments, preventive maintenance, and system health checks.
- Document field work and coordinate with technical teams and logistics to resolve issues and sustain systems.
What they ask for
- 1–3 years of experience in field service engineering, IT support, or a related technical field.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing IT or network systems; familiarity with hardware, cabling, and basic network configurations.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret, Top Secret, or SCI clearance; ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations as required.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting DoD or Navy fielded systems, remote sites, ruggedized systems, tactical communications, or deployed environments.
- Experience with imaging, system deployment tools, or configuration scripts; active Secret, Top Secret, or SCI clearance preferred.
