What you'll do
- Administer and sustain Windows and UNIX/Linux systems, including patching, upgrades, performance, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Lead RMF documentation and authorization support, security control implementation, STIG compliance, vulnerability remediation, and continuous monitoring.
- Lead configuration and change management, contribute to Configuration Control Boards, and mentor junior technical staff.
What they ask for
- At least 10 years of systems administration experience in complex Windows and/or UNIX/Linux environments.
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD-approved Information Assurance certification.
- Experience with cybersecurity controls, system hardening, patch management, STIG compliance, vulnerability remediation, RMF, ATO, and continuous monitoring.
- Experience with CCBs, change management, and configuration management documentation; active Top Secret clearance and ability to obtain SAP access.
Nice to have
- Experience with ACAS, eMASS, SCCM, Tenable, or similar tools.
- Navy, NAVAIR, or other DoD environment experience; Microsoft, Red Hat, Linux+, RHCSA/RHCE, or similar certifications.

USD $150k - $175k annually (depending on experience) (base salary)
