What you'll do
- Manage technical relationships and integrations for 3–5 health system partners, including on-site integration and go-live support.
- Configure, test, and improve AI agents; monitor partner quality, resolve issues, and report performance.
- Turn partner feedback and recurring work into product improvements, repeatable processes, tooling, and documentation.
