What you'll do
- Design the voice platform architecture and build runtime abstractions for session state, workflow execution, and model orchestration.
- Make tradeoffs across latency, concurrency, reliability, and cost; diagnose and resolve performance and reliability issues.
- Lead the migration to Rust and establish AI-native engineering standards for design, testing, observability, and production readiness.
