What you'll do
- Oversee hardware installations, including cabling, receiver placement, and network closet setup, across multiple sites.
- Hire, lead, and coach technicians; coordinate schedules, staffing, materials, vendors, and client communications.
- Create installation plans and playbooks, enforce safety and quality standards, troubleshoot issues, and report project status.
