Provides legal counsel across Salesforce AI products and research, including product development, privacy, data protection, commercial agreements, and strategic transactions.
What you'll do
- Advise executives, engineers, and product managers on legal matters throughout the AI product lifecycle and advise on data protection for AI products and research.
- Review and negotiate agreements with service providers and technology partners; support escalations in AI-related commercial negotiations.
- Assist with AI-related transaction diligence and integration, deliver client training, and build cross-functional relationships.
