Supports Salesforce’s Corporate Development team in evaluating and executing acquisitions and strategic minority investments, from target research and valuation through due diligence and closing.
What you'll do
- Conduct market and company research, identify and assess targets, and perform financial modeling and valuation analyses.
- Coordinate due diligence and deal execution with senior team members and cross-functional stakeholders; manage pipeline updates and deal communications.
- Develop build/buy/partner analyses, investment themes, business cases, and executive presentations.
