What you'll do
- Own the customer relationship and coordinate Signature Success deliverables, renewals, and expansion; advise stakeholders on business value and platform adoption.
- Lead discovery and migration planning from legacy marketing platforms to Marketing Cloud Next and Data Cloud, including functional design, consent and data migration, and deliverability guidance.
- Monitor usage, stability, adoption, and risks; conduct quarterly reviews and serve as the primary customer contact during major incidents.
