- Recommend and guide optimization of technical architecture, DevOps, performance, and solution design for Agentforce and Data360 customers.
- Identify product capability gaps and propose standard, customized, or architectural solutions; align technology strategy with business value and ROI.
- Run customer engagement playbooks and contribute through stakeholder collaboration, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
