Expert Agent Builder, Forward Deployed Engineering

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI solutions integrated with enterprise systems.
• Set and enforce engineering best practices for quality, scalability, and security; resolve complex technical blockers.
• Develop data models and processing pipelines and customize the Salesforce platform to support AI solutions.

What they ask for

• 8+ years of hands-on, end-to-end delivery experience for high-quality, scalable production solutions; strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
• Expert proficiency in one or more programming languages; deep knowledge of object-oriented programming and databases; experience with React, Angular, or LWC.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/LLM solutions, including agent systems, orchestration frameworks, machine learning, NLP, prompt engineering, RAG, and evaluation/testing.
• Expertise in data modeling, processing, integration, and analytics; enterprise data platform proficiency; automated testing experience; ability to travel 30% as needed.

Nice to have

• Direct Salesforce platform experience; open-source AI framework contributions; advanced Salesforce certifications.
• Professional Apex, Javascript, and/or Python experience; agentic voice systems or speech APIs; focus on high-quality user experiences.

Pay

$157,640 - $287,910 annually (base salary); $173,460 - $316,750 per year (base pay)
