What you'll do
- Work with customers to select workflows, define success, prepare access and data, and support hands-on product use and launches.
- Write custom JavaScript tools, debug automation across applications and services, and build tests for outcomes, exceptions, and recovery.
- Convert deployment lessons into reusable tools and tests, and collaborate with core engineering on recurring product gaps.
