Full Stack Engineer - Senior/Lead - Office of the CEO

What you'll do

• Design and develop cloud-native services and AI system functionality, including architecture for complex scalability challenges.
• Build functional and system-level tests; debug issues and participate in release and deployment.
• Set technical direction, mentor engineers, and lead code and design reviews.

What they ask for

• BS or higher degree in Computer Science.
• 4+ years industry experience in system or database internals programming.
• 4+ years technical leadership in architecture and design of enterprise server platform or systems.
• Deep expertise with distributed systems and consensus algorithms; experience with highly concurrent multi-threaded/multi-process data structures and design; strong Java or C programming skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, Data Cloud), or ability to learn it fast; hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce or Agent Builder.
• Experience evaluating human- or AI-generated code for correctness, quality, security, and performance.

Pay

$172,500 - $260,100 annually (base salary); $207,800 - $285,800 annually (base salary)
