What you'll do

• Set technical strategy and lead architecture discussions to improve platform stability and scalability.
• Coordinate engineering delivery with product and cross-functional stakeholders, communicating risks.
• Mentor and develop engineers, participate in hiring, and contribute hands-on when needed.

Pay

$172,500 - $260,100 annually (base salary, USD); $207,800 - $285,800 annually (base salary, USD)
