About the job
Leads the design and operation of Qualified’s data platform, including pipelines, Salesforce data flows, analytics, APIs, and data quality systems that support the product and its AI agents.
What you'll do
- Design and deliver data models, pipelines, sync, and serving systems; lead technical design for high-volume systems.
- Own enterprise-scale Salesforce data flows and build analytics, insights, and data quality infrastructure.
- Lead delivery from design through monitoring and improvement, while mentoring engineers and partnering with product and engineering leadership.

$172,500 - $260,100 annually USD (base salary); $207,800 - $285,800 annually USD (base salary)
