Build and maintain the intelligence layer, agents, and evaluation tooling behind Piper, Salesforce’s AI SDR product, to improve lead qualification and meeting booking.
What you'll do
- Build customer-facing features that bring together customer GTM strategy, CRM data, and guardrails for personalized, multimodal AI SDR experiences.
- Build and maintain LLM evaluations to assess Piper’s health and response quality and measure business outcomes.
- Tune and upgrade agents, including system prompts, model configuration, context, and evaluation harnesses.
