What you'll do
- Monitor customer-facing services, respond to Sev0 and Sev1 incidents, lead technical reviews, and contribute to root cause analyses.
- Automate detection and resolution of recurring production issues and reduce operational toil.
- Support compliance, resiliency, and self-healing initiatives, including destructive testing and game day exercises.
