Build and maintain AI-powered iOS developer tools and workflows for Slack, improving development, testing, and CI/CD processes.
What you'll do
- Develop developer tooling and agentic workflows that automate tasks such as PR generation, code reviews, refactoring, and testing.
- Monitor and improve CI stability, TimeToMerge, build times, and pipeline bottlenecks.
- Lead technical design and code quality, and mentor iOS engineers.
