Supports Salesforce Professional Services’ AMERS Strategy & Change Management team with planning, change adoption, project coordination, communications, analysis, and process documentation.
What you'll do
- Translate leadership priorities into plans and support regional change strategies, including research and adoption tracking.
- Coordinate cross-functional timelines and deliverables, and support communications such as podcast research and executive materials.
- Analyze operational data, prepare visualizations and presentations, and maintain process documentation and training resources.
