SVP, IT & HR Service Sales

What you'll do

• Set and execute global sales strategy across segments and operating units; lead sales leaders and teams through complex opportunities.
• Drive customer acquisition, revenue performance, operational planning, and accountability using metrics and incentive programs.
• Partner across Product, Marketing, Solutions, Strategy, and Customer Success to align go-to-market plans and customer outcomes; adapt sales processes using Agents and AI.

What they ask for

• 12+ years of enterprise software and/or agentic sales experience, focused on CxO-level engagement.
• Senior (3rd- or 4th-line) sales leadership experience managing large, geographically distributed teams across national and/or global markets.
• Demonstrated success scaling high-performing teams and consistently exceeding revenue targets across Enterprise and Commercial segments.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

Nice to have

• Agentic and IT Service leadership experience is valuable.

Pay

$296,000 - $395,000 USD base salary; $296,000 - $395,000 USD base pay in California and New York, and select cities in the metropolitan areas of Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington DC
