What you'll do
- Plan, build, deliver, and assess learning programs and workshops, including manager development and onboarding.
- Partner with People Business Partners to identify talent gaps and create tailored learning solutions, playbooks, and job aids.
- Own the learning platform and content library; use data to assess impact and apply AI tools to automate workflows and personalize curriculum.
